Are Audio was an endeavor initiated by Richie White and Ross Connolly, who have been best friends since they were kids. They shared birthday parties, wipeouts on bikes, that first nerve-racking school dance, and virtually every other coming of age experience. As they grew older they also shared a keen interest in engineering, physics, and hi-fi sound.
Based out of St. John's Newfoundland, they created ARE AUDIO. Ross continues hand-manufacturing the remarkable speakers that he and Richie designed, and currently operates the venture while still maintaining close ties with Rich, and still wiping out on bikes.
